Harness the power of Single-Prize Pokemon with a Gym Leader Challenge Deck! No Rule Box Pokemon are allowed, making for a fun, challenging and diverse game.
So, what is the Gym Leader Challenge Format and how do you play?
Gym Leader Challenge puts you in the role of a “Gym Leader” using a deck of single type Pokemon.
Basic Rules:
• Each deck can only use a single type of Pokemon: Grass, Water, Fire, Lightning, Psychic, Fighting, Darkness, Metal, Fairy, Dragon or Colorless.
• Only one of each card with the same name is allowed, besides basic energy. In other words: A deck can only play one of any given card. So you will need to find a card that replicates to complete your deck.
• The card pool is comprised of every set from Black & White onwards {same as expanded format}
• Cards with rule boxes are BANNED. Eg. V, GX, EX, Break, Radiant,Prism Star and Ace Spec are not allowed, and you cannot use Mythical or Legendary Pokemon
